After full payment clears and your booking is confirmed, our administrator verifies the purchase and credits your account. Submitting an enquiry or making a partial payment does not create available points.

Contact our team before paying for a later booking. We verify your available balance, agree the discount and record the points used against that booking. Points are booking discounts and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
