Where do I get my booking reference and PIN?

Our team issues tracking access for a confirmed booking or a case handed to processing. Ask your assigned team member for the MAH reference and private access PIN.

Does an enquiry have a booking reference?

A general enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Our team verifies the sale or processing case before issuing booking tracking access.

What information can I see?

You can see the service, current stage, last case update, next step and any update our team has specifically published for you. Internal CRM notes, private conversations and documents are not displayed.

Does “Decision received” mean a visa was approved?

No. It means a decision has been received. Our team will contact you with the confirmed outcome and next steps.
