1. Booking and Payment Policy
To confirm your participation in the holiday package, a non-refundable booking deposit of PKR 135,000 is required. This payment facilitates visa assistance, appointment scheduling, and comprehensive document preparation services provided by Marhaba Al Harmain.

2. Visa Processing and Approval
Please be advised that visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Marhaba Al Harmain provides professional facilitation and guidance but does not guarantee the approval of any visa application.

3. Itinerary Modifications
Marhaba Al Harmain reserves the right to modify travel itineraries or destinations within Europe. Such adjustments may be necessary to satisfy specific embassy visa requirements or to ensure the feasibility of travel arrangements.

4. Group Travel Structure
This package is structured exclusively for group travel. Individual itineraries cannot be accommodated. Groups are typically comprised of 30 travelers, and spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Additional Financial Obligations
Travelers are responsible for any incremental costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, visa rejections, embassy-mandated itinerary changes, or additional document requirements.

6. Documentation Requirements
To ensure timely processing, travelers must provide accurate, complete, and authentic documentation as requested by Marhaba Al Harmain or the relevant embassy. Failure to do so may result in application delays or rejection.

7. Limitation of Liability
Marhaba Al Harmain is not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or service disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to embassy administrative procedures, government regulations, or international travel restrictions.

8. Agreement and Acceptance
By making the booking payment, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
